I was reading through their page a bit. It first looked like it was selling stocks or something but that is just a sophisticated front, because as I read further you are to sign up people underneath you to make money. So it is a pyramid scheme, but if they are selling product then it is legal just got to figure out if they are.

Okay, makes sense, thanks Ook. Just for the heck of it, I decided to check out the host and when I couldn't find a TOS / AUP page, I hit the live chat and asked somebody:

Edit: N/m looks like you got the info. Like I said before go for it. Kill the yahoo one first. Then the liquidwebs. That way yahoo will have the information to kill the site.

Yep, I got it about the Yahoo hosted one being just a frame for the real site..there was another like it on here a while ago, I forget which one.

Both are illegal HYIPs/Ponzi sites. The liquidweb one is going to be a toughy because liquidweb doesn't care at all anymore and is well on the way to become the host of choice for ponzis.
The template I sent you should work with these.

Nanu, nanu? Not all Nigerians are scammers and not all scammers are Nigerian.
HYIPs & Ponzis are hardly ever run by your bog-standard lads. These scammers are very often US based and technically often extremely savvy...

Ah, oops...well, I meant killing banks mainly. But I certainly know what you mean, the HYIPs are a lot more difficult to run then a fake bank of which you simply have some kid design it for you.

) but I haven't been able to access the site for several days other than a "System maintenance and hardware upgrades" message...and now a different message

Would you consider that dead? I mean, no one can access the normal site so no one can be scammed...

I can't open the site, either. Was it due to your abuse or has it just died the death that all HYIPs & Ponzis die eventually? No idea. Have you done a WHOIS and checked that it's technically still active? You could also do a search for the site on moneymakergroup.com or talkgold and see what the sheep say. Wink
