towards eligible project costs. The closing date for applications is the
22nd October 2007.
That sounds like a safer option for getting cash to fund the Eater than that nice lady from Benin who is dying of cancer who wrote to me last week.
"Sir I will like you to know that I just come back from Ghana in searching for the person you. "
"Dont e mail me again, or else i hack a hail out your and your fucking e mail."

Well hidden behind layers and layers of newspeak and euro-legalese, the real description of this programme is that it is aimed at collecting and financing ideas about improved anti-pedophile actions.
Not a word about internet fraud - and besides: I bet proposing organised anti-419 actions, a la 419eat3r.com would be regarded in Bruxelles as a gross infringement of human rights, as it would encompass subjecting lads to humiliating and demeaning procedures without the presumption of innocence.

I had a quick check, and no, we are not a legal body in the sense that they are after, as far as I can see. Shame. I like the idea of taking a job as project manager of a mass bait, and getting the EC to pay me for it.
