So I come home today and there's this truck blocking my driveway. I had left a worker at my house to get lunch and supplies and some nutjob standing next to the truck does not understand English and body language to move the f*ck out of the way. The compressor for my air horns is drawing 67 amps so its blowing its relay. All I can do is hit the feeble factory horn and motion for the idiot to move his f-ing truck. He shakes his head no.

I swing around, park on the street and unload my car. The subcontractor comes out and tells me he has to park there because he's unloading the truck. What the f* do you think I'm doing? And I own this place. I tell him that if he needs to park, tell the owner's son to move his car and park in their driveway. He say's no one's home. I tell him, the boy is f* ing his girlfriend in the a**, go ring the f*ing doorbell. You can do it, its just like running a saw but instead of pulling down on the handle, just push the black button on the wall.

So the jerk picks up an attitude on me. He tells me he's the boss. I politely interrupt him with B*LLSH*T!, he's the sub, working for the general contractor and he's really lucky that I am not really pissed yet because I'd have the city Department of Building and Safety down to inspect the last three months of nonpermitted work. That will really screw the general's job schedule for the next year. How much did he think it would cost to strip a building's interior back down to the studs? Did he think the general contractor would send any work to an idiot ever again?

The guy says "Whatever." I walk away and tell him that I will have a talk with the contractor. He moves his truck.

About 20 minutes later the boy and the girlfriend come out. The boy says he heard me yelling from the other side of the house. I must have ruined the mood for him because he thinks I have a problem not being able to handle having my driveway blocked for the 4th time in two months. When I mention wanting to talk to the contractor, the devil comes running out of the house. I have never seen a more spineless creature. The guy put his hands together and was actually genuflecting. He really understood the concept of stripped to the studs. He tells me its all because the worker does not understand English. I tell him its BS as I can point in any language known to man. I may still call Building and Safety.

Doctors who don't pay attention to what they are doing. I knew I was f*cked when the Doctor came in and he looked about 15 years old. He brought two other Doctors in because he was instructing them in the hospital procedures.

Delicate procedure....insert needle into spine and inject dye. Now I've had this test done before and never had a problem. I swear this Doctor(and I use the term loosely) either grazed or hit every damned nerve he could. They tell me to lie still but it's kind of hard when it feels like you are receiving electro-shock to the scrotum.

Next time I'll get a drunk off the street to do it, same effects but a whole lot cheaper!

The horrible thing is that I was at work and my wife received the calls when her and the kids were alone.

ive just came back (three weeks) from a nice warm holiday.
since then it has done nothing but bloody rain,rain and more rain.

apart from today,when ive been stuck inside a factory for over 12hrs looking at the sunshine outside.

but now enjoying the evening surfing wifi in garden and drinking my
fave guinness

I have a weed growing up thru my zebra grass and have fought it since it was planted 2 years ago. When its time to cut it down I am going to have to dig it up to get that sucker out of there. Rolling Eyes

Some of you know a little about my bro-in-law. (God love him!) The wife threw him out and had him locked up claiming that he beat her and her 25 yr old worthless son. He did not do this. She's psycho! She also got a protective order for him to stay away. He has been living with us and he started eating and sleeping again (me too) and lord and behold they came and arrested him again today. Sad

The son claims my bro rode by the house stopped in the street and stared. We know he did not do this. The son has 2 witnesses (yeah his buddies) and bro has none. We are beside ourselves. He was suppose to go to court today and they postponed it because the Judge is friends with my other sis-in-law and could not try it. They put it off for 2 months and I think that they were pissed and made all this up. The son is in jail often and on probation. My bro is 47 years old and has NO record. I wish one of you could tell me that it itself should speak volumes. If charged he could go to jail for a long time and we are sickened. Crying or Very sad

We had to put up a 20,000.00 property bond against our house to get him out the first time and are we going to lose this or is that just in case he skips town? Lovey will take off from work again to see if he can get him out and I don't think that it can be done.

I'm going to see if I can find a xanax for this nite. Confused

What annoys me more than anything else (not that I want to start a religious debate) is rich church leaders who bleed their followers dry of money so they can buy expensive cars and houses. Generally their followers are desperate for every dollar they have, and often the church eats up money these people just don't have.

(As I said, don't want to turn this into a religious debate though)

Man I hate it when that happens. It's normally the case when I get myself a $15 cocktail, taking a little risk on something I haven't tried before. I feel compelled to drink the lot because of what I've paid for it, but damn that's difficult at times.

@coronalight : know exactly how you feel : wife dumped me, moved abroad (other side of planet), had restraining order imposed through vile lies : as a result I haven't seen my 8 year old since she was 2...
People ask me how I can leave my kid behind, but I didn't : she took her away. And after having spent over 30.000Euro on legal fees without getting any result, I simply can't afford to go on....
So my advice is : beware of lawyers : the only good lawyer is a dead one.
With regards to the property bond : I believe this is only to prevent your brother to leg it (well, it doesn't really, but if he does you lose 20.000...)
Easy on the Xanax though..... Smile
