In the UK there is a project for Empty homes, basically people go round buy empty homes and bring them back into use. Wonder how lads would react to that kind of thing?

So we 'could' convince lads to do the same kind of thing - except I have no idea if such a project exists where lads are, but wouldnt it be fun to see lads travel all over the place seeking derelict property?

Just a note UNLIKE THE UK, the lad has no chance of entering into some church scheme or council run scheme but seemed like a good idea.

From my and Mrgreen's experiance in dealing with a somewhat similar modality, all we got from the lads were complaints about how there aren't any abandoned buildings in Nigeria. Although we weren't requesting houses, we were requesting an abandoned school building or similar large structure.

If you are going for a modality to get pictures and stuff, I would suggest doing a bit more research on the subject before putting in the time to get your modality running with the lads. Maybe you could make a post on nairaland asking if there are a lot of abandoned houses in Nigeria.

nah im not after a picture - im after safari lol.

I wasnt too sure what empty buildings were located where, but im sure russia, holland, uk, spain, germany, canada, usa all do have empty houses and if they dont invent em Wink

I think thats more what i was getting at, sending the lads to a property that simply does not exist.

We simply convince the lad of how "profitable" it would be to own such a house as the "infamous" sahara oasis palace located 50 miles inside the sahara desert lmao that kind of thing. (if there is a palace its coincidence its made up for illustration of me point lol)

The modality being based on "hey were from X company we specialise in buying property - all we need is someone to go wait for our team and show them around etc in return for a percentage of the profit.
