Hi Eliza.
That looks like phishing, which we don't deal with. If your father really has an account with these folks I'd suggest that he forward that email to his banks security folks so that they can take of it.
The program is most likely a keylogger, so you'll want to advise your father not to download or open any attachments from the knuckle-heads.
I found the following a very amusing Freudian slip:
