Good to have you aboard, i'm still a newbie here like yourself and have only recently been baiting but iI have been reading for forums for quite some time.

I think you should take Lizzy's advice as i you've missed the key point of what scambaiting is all about. The idea is lure the scammer into believing that he's or she in for a massive payday and then have them jumping through hops or traveling miles until they finally realise that they are the ones who are being played for fools and not their intented victims. If you are wasting their time then that is time which they are no longer spending on scamming the real victims.

Insulting any random mugu and reporting it here isn't really what it's about. The key to scambaiting is not to spend more time then they are. Sign up for mentor, you'll need to do this as your mentor will check that you are baiting safely!

....Also....never teach the scammers anything. If they do something wrong.....ignore it or compliment it. Never point out their mistakes. Always leave them wondering what they did wrong.

I am an actual person looking for a real person on these dating sites. I personally know several friends that have actually found thier spouses this way. ...however once I know thay are scammers I don't let then know how I know......New Orleans is on the Gulf Coast......,there is no land except the ocean floor 100 miles south of New Orleans. I am only stating this as I know many here are from the UK etc. Well now that I look back at that chat I see what you are saying.....when I told him I was there on purpose to catch them.... Embarassed

The mugu (widow Terry Wicker) that contacted me in April & I just drug him around for 8 days letting him think he was getting a WU money order from me to buy his "son" a birthday president.....I told him there was a huge storm...trees down in the road, phone lines were down...my Niscammery cattle got out through a broken fence.....I ran over a man's toes with my Hummer trying to get to WU knowing he wasn't reading any of that. I gave him a WU# with one # missing.....just a ton of fun. I ended it that I was with the FBI & too look out his window that we were coming for him & his buddies...that I knew we were meant to be together too just not the way he intended for it to be. That each time he chatted & e-mailed was allowing our systems to track his location blah blah blah.....He never said another word.....he was out of there! LOL! I spotted him online on Yahoo a week later & he was begging to me, with the "Federal Government" make a deal with him.....I told him we don't make deals here in America! I haven't seen him back since. Laughing

Well as was mentioned.. sign up for a mentor, and next time you get a lad e-mail you... Let them know.
Also, you might want to think about creating an e-mail address (Gmail is best) for baiting. Im guessing that these dating sites will either display your e-mail, or allow messages to be delivered to your e-mail.

Best off having an account you can just drop if need be, and is untracable to you.
