1. How does the program work?
We provide Real Estate Investors access to Hard Money. We can fund quickly, typically within 96 hours of receiving the final docs from you. 2. What is the interest rate?
The interest rate depends upon the project. The rate is 2% interest only annual interest rate payable monthly.

No it's not. The chances of ever being "badgered" are so small it's not worth thinking about. It's just a regular scam email.

Fake loan offer becoming advance fee scam i.e he'll want a bit of money as 'security'. No it's not a badger, as TS put it they have difficulty typing.

ok no problem i just wnated to make sure as it is very deifferent from other e-mail i had got i lost the first e-mail i have which present themselves as a professional foreign bank . however the way iot was written made me suspicious thank you .
