ok I received this at 1:40 am last night on my cell phone.

( 1 of 2 ) S: M:(RCAU) SIGNED CONTRACTS W/ NISSAN AND INFINITY TO UTILIZE COMPLETEAUTO SOFTWARE TO LIST ON eBAY MOTORS
the second message was saying send "STOP" to end msgs.
WTF? I have not signed my cell phone up for anything. Where did this come from and can I find out how to kill this person with my own spam. Just found out that someone else I work with received the same message around the same time. She sent stop to them, personally I think this will not stop the messages.
Any help tracking this asshat down would be appreciated. |

Nope. She just fell for their trap. If that answer doesn't cost her EUR 45,--, she'll start getting more call etc.
My employee gets about 3-4 "Hi, I'm Tatjana, call me back at this number ... for an exciting chat" SMS a day. He can't stop them. |

Ask her to call the phone network - they should be able to block it. |

She did call the network, appearantly they sent it out in mass to just about everyone. The network is not happy and are trying to trace the whole thing down. So that makes me more happy now.  |
