^^^^^ Yes, it's definitely a dalylight scene, that's sun, not floodlights, you can see the blue sea and things in the distance etc:

@ Rodus, I get exactly the same daylight image using that hidemyass site as that image ^^^.

Looks different to me than the noon scene. You can't see the water, it's black. The noon scene the water can be seen as blue. I assumed the stuff in the background were lights.
I agree that it looks static, but it looks like the place is closed. So how much movement are you going to see?
Edit: Also the parasols are closed. In the noon scene they are open.

SP, you're posting a link to the image on the page, and either mr.mugu or we are seeing a different cached version of it.

He had to travel several miles to get there, and will hang around as long as he can stand it without money for refreshments, so it's still all good.

Rodus Longus is right, through the proxy, I get a night image too. The UK version or the US version is cached somewhere en route.

@ Rodus, no joy with that cloak-room link, still daylight, ah well, anyway, the main thing is the lad has gone there, even if we can't see him, it's more wasted time and money, keep up the good work you lot, hopefully you can get him on a working cam next time.

This just in....

He's on a bus going to his hotel....says he had a meeting with a Nigerian friend who is getting him a passport.....

Says he is down to $20 in Singapore dollars....

Seems that he's not as bad off as we need him to be...

OH AND HE LAUGHED about the pirates - - said it sounded like the movie Pirates of the Caribbean

Ok interesting here. In Camino the standard link gives me a daytime image and in Firefox it gives me a Night time one. You guys who are having trouble could try a different browser.

Tried the cam link using the proxy in FireFox and get the night time scene, still daytime in FireFox with direct link, was using Opera browser before.

Eliza, when you call him the next time (or I can email him), you should mention that the folks on the boat need more money to get you to Singapore because they have to pay off Jack Sparrow. He'll be sure that it's a scam.

He says he waited half an hour. The Ed at the beach is the Ed in the photograph, it has to be. That's how the lawyer was identifying him. So I don't know which Ed is chasing around after Amy. Confused

So I got more info on 3d. You guys need to hear this - because he has a plan to extend his visa - I am not sure if it really will work or not - but if it will - you need to make sure he can't do this.

I called to pretend to be upset that he didn't get the WU money - and well - while I am on the phone - he is asking some chinese speaking people at the desk of the hotel what the receipt says. I am like HOLY * - and I am trying hard to remain calm - and they start talking in chinese - but they WILL NOT tell him what it says. LOL You just have to listen

It sounds like she is asking him if he is asking her for money! OMG! Then he tells me to talk to them - and I pretended to have phone problems. Then I called him back after this - and pretended that I couldn't hear him again.

That was close. I wanted to hear as much as I could - but I didn't want to talk to the other person!
