So who has got my Ch@rle5 50lud0 on safari?
On 10th & 11th May when I started on him he was : 82.128.10.108 Nigeria
May 13th : 213.255.219.59 Satellite Provider
I thought I had lost him, then yesterday : 41.207.223.212 Cote D'Ivoire

He claims :

I have now been passed over to his 'Bank' to sort out funds transfer.
Could you lot just let him sit still for 5 minutes so's I can wind him up?

The obvious thing to match is the IP addys. If yours( and anybody else's) match these then we definitely have the same Lad, if they don't then we would appear to have more than one Chucky on the loose.
