Doing a who is gave RIPE Network Coordination Centre
I now the lotto is Bull$hi7 but the address is of P.O. Box 10096 Amsterdam.
The address is the same as on the web page which look real.
Do they know this mugu is using it.....? |

Please give us the email with headers. RIPE has nothing to do with it, and is just a source of info that comes up in Whois searches. |

 RIPE is the European organization who controls the assignment of IP addresses to companies. They hold the database that is searchable to find information about who owns a specific IP range.
SF doesn't want the RIPE return info, she wants the header from the email you got the IP address which you plugged into the whois search. |
