Just upload an image to an imagehoster (ie imageshack or photobucket or something like that) and then press the [img] button here at the top of the edit box. It will tell you what to do and you have to insert to url to the image.
Just give it a try and see what happens.
But make sure �t's not too wide, or you'll blow up the forum!
Photobucket gives you the tags so you can just copy and paste them here:
