Poor Charles Soludo looks like he got demoted big time.... From Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria to the Director of the Wire and Telex Department. Quite a comedown for ol' Charles!

Poor boy. Maybe he got in trouble for passing off some of his scams. like me, to the attorney too fast. I only got two emails out of him before he ditched me! I mean, how rude! Darn you, Churles Salido!
