My good friend shadrack who fell out with my character and dropped him, just sent me this gem.

Sadly, too many people will fall for scams exactly like that one, they see it as they have nothing to lose as they have been told to empty their account of their own funds, and wait for the money to be credited to the account, which they then forward to the lad via Western Union, we all know what happens then Evil or Very Mad

Unfortunately he's also extremely lazy and is only prepared to do something if it's either guaranteed, or he doesn't have to do much work for.

He's good for photographic trophies, but i would be very surprised if he did anything else.

Is he talking about some sort of prepaid card like a gift card or something. True credit cards certainly don't work this way.

I am bating him right now. I am waiting for jojo to verify if jojo and I in fact sent him on safari. If you are looking for a quick trophy he is an easy one. I got him on a classic "I am not scaming I am begging" scam.

The dude in the picture is the same dude in my picture. All I got was my baiters name so that was fun. First trophy.

He is dumb. After he could not get the $ at the WU we sent him to I sent him the "WU Receipt" which was just a made up warning from the error generator in the YAFR thread.

Now he is demanding the WU receipt. I think that McDuck will now have a crack at him, then on to Bevis Twisted Evil

I am glad to see that this guy is a scammer and I am not wasting the time of a real beggar.

Anyway, he is a dumb one.

@ BA, I think the idea is that cos you emptied the card account you feel safe. He then runs up debit to you credit limit using your details.

Shadrack has a possible benefactor (me) who has offered to
help him financially. He does not have any identification
and wanted said benefactor to send money by western union
in his neighbor's name. The benefactor told him that he
would not sent the money to a stranger.

Might be the reason for credit card request.
