This guy is touting computers for a Govt Ministry. He wants 20% oF invoice total, minister wants $3800 bond before tendering, plus 3% on the side. I have several characters trying all modalities. My aim is to send a sample consignment of computers through one of our specialist couriers with a sophisticated tracking system, and who knows from there.
