Is there a way to alert Mastercard that a number has been stolen?
Or do they care? |

Yes, they care. They eat the cost of card fraud. Which means your rates are higher. I would call them

Screw it.. they are clueless and have no idea what to do. Transfer me around and around.... then give me a number to call with only 9 digits... when a phone number is 10 digits.....
I have better things to do than try to help a company that does not want my help. |

Can this number not be passed onto Alan, I do use mastercard but I am looking to change as to book flights they charge �8. |

I've taked to a few fraud departments, generally they ask a few questions from the customer, then authorize whatever, and the card works. Maaaagic.
You DID ask to speak to the fraud department, right? Get in there, and if they can't help you, ask to speak to a supervisor a couple times. |
