I have been using a site: http://www.skycomuk.com/ for a while. They offer 090, 0845, 0870, 0844 etc. totally free. You can have these forwarded to a UK landline free of charge or for a charge to a mobile or international no.

If you live internationally, get a Skype UK number and get the free numbers forwarded free.

You can literally have as many as you like, all free! I have around 10 all pointing to the same number. They are perfect for baiting because in effect they are disposable.

I have mine forwarded to a VOIP Number so I can get voicemails.
