I suspect that this is a case of oh hum not another one, but being new to this I thought that it would be best to ask.
One of my lads has just sent me an image of his (?) South African passport. It�s made out in the same name as he is using and looks like the real thing so I figure that it�s stolen.
Should I inform the South African Government that one of their passports is being used by a lad or would this be just another one out of thousands?????? |

I have a South African passport. Please pm a copy to me so I can take a look.
It could be a victim's passport. Lads will open email accounts using names and id's that innocent people have sent to them. |

One thing more. I've got the lad off-script and he seems to write in clear English not the normal broken rubbish I've come to expect. |

Barney - Some scammers work in teams. Lower level members may have less English skills - they work entirely off scripts. When a likely victim is identified, the scam is passed up the ladder to a more sophisticated and experienced scammer. Thus, your mugu's English has suddenly improved.

Well I did claim to be a high flying executive who was about to finalise a multi zillion dollar construction project in the Kingdom of New Zealand. So I guess that the mission school reject�s eyes must have popped. No wonder that I�ve been handed higher up the chain. In any case they�ll live to regret to agreeing to deal with my secretary. She�s a seriously demented woman.
In any case being able to correspond with a mission school graduate might be kinda fun. |

I have just had what looks to be a real Nigerian passport sent to me.
I also got a trophy pic from the lad so I think its his real one.
Should I do any thing with it? |
