(I didn�t remember if had already sent an email to this guy, but I decided to take some time getting suspicious about the deal. Of course I don�t have anything against Paraguay!)

Sorry, I don�t feel comfortable with talking with this guy. Is he from Paraguay? I have heard some bad things about that country and I don�t trust them. I will not open an account in a bank over there. I thought I was dealing with you only.

Hi Joane, welcome here.
Please do keep in mind that they usually use a script the first few emails or so, and in most cases, don't really read your first replies.
