Sometimes these guys are stupid beyond count forever and ever unnumbered. All they seemingly had to do was SEND AN INVOICE BEFORE YOU PAID THEM. WHY IS THAT TOO MUCH OF A PROBLEM FOR THEM? OH YEA, THAT would require work and these crooks don't.
