Tell your lads you have contacted the courier, and I say your lad is to contact me, I will then ram it home to them that their insurance money cannot be sent back to the sender, it cannot be sent via bank transfer, it has to be collected from me at the airport, because they have to sign for it in person, there are no alternatives to that option, that is company policy for insurance payouts and company policy is not changed for anyone, it's a case of collect the money or it will be classed as a rejected offer and my company will keep the money.

Not sure which baiter this lad belongs to as his email address is not on the list of lads being baited, I sent my standard reply about having to collect the money in person from :

No idea why he thinks I need to mail him again, I will wait for a mail from him, I have given him all the details, which he has confirmed he has read, feel free to mail him and tell him you contacted the couriers, and they confirmed they have contacted him, and which he himself confirms by what he wrote.
