Actually I was going to ask the same thing? What library Bruin?

Good Idea though. I do know members have their own web space with a few forms. Eaamon, Emma Strailan and Windypops have links in their sigs.

Sweaty, if you do get your lad to sign the forms first, I did offer a premium membership. Wink

I sent mine off to a lad and we will see what he does. Of course I only sent 3 and when I get them back I will ask why he did not fill them ALL out.
He was pretty desperate for the WU transfer.

.eps is the best format for graphics. It's vector based rather than pixel. You can make the image any size and DPI you want. It's an industry standard. Bookmarking that one. Great find!

I have a lad filling out the form as we speak. He just emailed me asking for help with the answers! Of course I told him I couldn't beause i have handed in the same and if our answers were the same the computer would think something was wrong! So hopefully I'll have a completed form by the end of the day. Though I did say I required 4, one for each of the people he requested I send money to. Twisted Evil

Great work guys - Remember not to tell your lads they were baited. It's best they feel they screwed up for some other reason. Don't want these forms blacklisted by the lads just yet.

My lad is coming back on me with the filled out forms tomorrow - as only then, the WU will forwrd the $25.000 that is right now at the WU office, but due to the law, the money is kept there - until safety forms are received and the money will be send!

Looks a bit small on that link, anyone know how to make it show up A4 size because in fairness to him he actually scanned in the right size, just not in colour.

Sweaty- You don't need a premium membership. Just search for "form library" using the search button at the top of the page, and you should have no trouble finding it!

@ Peartree - I love the answers. Make sure he re-does it and answers all the questions. You could keep him going for days!!! I do love the answers to:

Ask him why did 2 different people fill the forms out, as there are 2 completely different writing styles. Your lad must be playing games with you and trying to fraud you - He'll have to do it again.

The bastard has also collected $2500 from WU before. Safe to assume it was a previous victim. Make him suffer.

My guy got very confused when I said I needed at least one form back, he thought I meant one page and got quite irate when I asked him for the final two pages. After a good slap he promises to have the final two pages tomorrow. Doesn't matter too much now as I noticed I missed out being first back with the forms filled out Razz

@Nurse Nasty Oh I believe I will make him suffer, a lot. I have two baits going with him. he only decided to fill out the forms when my other character sent him the forms too, I guess he figured they must be legit and worth fillling out because he could send them to two people. I loved his answer to Q16 about the hitchhiking saying he would offer oral payment because he likes paying for good service! I'll wait until I have all the pages back, then tell him there was another problem because he didn't answer all the questions and the psychometric ananlysis was all screwed up because of the two different hand-writing styles and try to get him to go back to ver1fys3c where many many questions await him. Going to try and get him involved in the mass safari too. It's the death threat guy so any hell he goes through is too little for my tastes Very Happy

Death threat lad finally got back to me with forms A and C

Is it my imagination or does he look remarkably like Josh Hartnett? I'm also impressed that he has a scanner that can scan some of the page in colour and the rest in black and white. He also didn't circle the 12 words, I'm afraid his payment may be held up a bit longer.

W00T! I got my lad to fill them in! Unfortunately, he is quite lazy and actually left many fields blank, or just wrote "NIL".

There are so many other problems with them I won't bother to point them out here... Evil or Very Mad

He couldn't even be bothered to send them back in order. This is how I got them:
