I have Pipex to and have had it since broadband came into our area. As I work from home 3 days a week reliability is my main concern and I certainly don't have any complaints in that department. It is more expensive compared to other suppliers but I really don't want to switch if it's not going to be reliable for the sake of a few quid. |

In the end , for me, its about reliability. �20 a month for something that works is all i care about.

I used to have Macunlimited dialup. Terrible speed of course but never any disconnections. It was actually more reliable then my broadband  |

Just got this from their useless email help. Telling me to try the things I specifically told them i'd already tried. I definately switching now
