My lad sent me a REAL scan of his REAL passport (no jk)

If youve been paying attention to the pictures section for the last few months, i had a lad Joining my NERV religious sect (based on the Anime Evangelion)

Well, now he sent me a scanned picture of his Passport. And this is a real passport of my lad (same person and name he had from the start). This is a real passport, or it was made by the CIA or KGB because it looks very real.

So can i post the picture of the Passport?
So i write "fake" over it? even though is real?
Can i use it to get this lad arrested?

Any ideas?

My opinion is that you can post it, what harm could it possibly do to others than the scammer himself? If you do post it, write fake over it to prevent further usage.
If you come up with a plan that would get your lad into world of shit, the passport might indeed come useful. That's just a guess, I've got no experience in that.

Yakuza- It could be stolen - your mugu has committed Id theft, perhaps from a previous victim. They use their victims' passports and other documents all the time because the documents are real and, thus, very confincing.

Lads do scam other lads. SO your lad may have gotten that real passport from one of his victims or stolen that from an innocent person.

Just continue to bait him and make his life miserable.

If it was stolen... then why is it the same person that got a tattoo done 3 months ago? Smile

The tattoo pics he sent are not fakes.

On rare occasions the lads do send a real passport.

I've had two lads that have sent me real documents. You can bet that 98 % of the time the documents are fake.

^^ Indeed. If he's sending a real passport he's more likely to convince a victim to fall for the scam. Tell him that it's clearly fake, slap him to pieces and demand that he send you a real one or the deal's off.

Trawling on the net the other day and it's amazing what you can find by typing 'passport' ..or 'card'...or 'identity' etc in your browser and doing an image search.
The number of passports and job ID cards etc that people allow for public access is incredible. Many have not passed their sell by date and those that have can quite easily be photoshopped into a new existence!
