Super special is super special.
One new tack I've found is that they wanted a graduated fee to allow you to bank certain amounts. The larger the amount you were prepared to receive or to have transferred the larger the application fee.
Just make up any false name and address for the bank or credit union, they won't check

I've had great success with "Citigrouper Bank."
It is a cross between Citibank and a large tasty fish.
