I�m working on a lad he gave me acouple of numbers to call, of course i never called, but what if they are now using people to clear their money...

It's either going to be a cheque mule scam (innocent vic gets sent fake/stolen cheque, cashes it, sends you the money, you send cash to the lad) or an overpayment scam (second lad sends you fake cheque/flashes your account with a large amount, you pay the first lad and wire the difference back to the second lad, bank realises it's fake, you get done for fraud).
