Here is the reply I've been using lately. I can just see someone sceaming through the street. No replies yet.

Congratulations! You have been selected as the first target in Operation 419 Elimination. This is a joint project between DARPA and the CIA. We have tracked your e-mail address to the internet cafe that you are using in Lagos. There is a new stealth Predator Drone circling overhead now. Within 100 seconds of opening this e-mail you will be targeted with a HellFire missle. Don't worry this will look like just another car bomb in voilent Africa.

Wouldn't expect too many replies from them indian lads...or ghanaian...or english....... or even benin city.....

meanwhile "violent africa" just seems stupid to me when higher crime rates exist in the western world than in much of africa.

Not to mention the fact that the hellfire is launched exclusively from helicopters.

I think it's quite a nice reply. Just like the hint (I remember itwas looooong time ago, at least ... five months) that behind every "o" on the screen there is a little camera that watches the lad.

Violet and Orange Whipped Cream and Strawberries
serves 4
A very simple but elegant way to showcase succulent spring strawberries.

2 tsp. candied violets*
2 tsp. candied orange peel
2 cups unsweetened whipped cream
2 baskets strawberries, stemmed and quarted
4 fresh violet blossoms, or Johnny-jump-ups
*available in specialty markets.

With a very sharp knife, chop the violets and the orange peel separately. Place the whipped cream in a bowl. Gently fold in the violets and the peel without deflating the cream. Divide the berries into four decorative dessert cups. Top with the flavored whipped cream, and serve, garnished with a fresh violet blossom on each dessert.

@Dott- I believe the 1911 is a reference to the .45 caliber autoloading handgun once issued to the US military. Its consistent with the rest of the original post on purple violins and violas.
