It's monday again ... and I'm not in such a great mood. Mondaymorning blues are lasting a bit long, I guess.

This might have something to do with former S.O. saying he was no longer interested in me ... Crying or Very sad

but then again, I did see this comming for a few monts already and I'm glad he finally realized it was best to go our seperate ways. Parents and siblings are already telling me this is 'for the best' and I can always call them, day or night.

But I guess that a good party and scammer-spanking will do me a lot of good. So scammers beware ... I'm in for some real big time trouble ... Evil or Very Mad

Along with slapping a few lads, treat yourself to the things you like, be that people, activities, places. That and chocolate do wonders when I'm down.

Sorry to hear about the breakup, but as you say, it's probably for the best. No sense wasting your time on someone who has lost interest.
Turn your thoughts outward, away from the past situation, and go on.
What has helped me in the past to look outward, is to reconnect with nature and the physical world. Take a walk in the woods, maybe with friends, and experience some beauty. Here's a nice poem by John Keats to get you in the mood.
