got a message on myspace, a few days back

then, during a middlingly long msn chat, it turns out 'she(?)' is currently in <drum roll> nigeria, in a town apparently well frequented by these people , and oops, theres a bit of a mistake here, "..My dad died a long time ago nd am the only child nd my mom has refused to get married" (wonder if he walked away before or after the funeral?)

I'd have to dig through the archives of all my personalities, but I am reasonably certain that I have received almost that exact same story from a lad before, only he didn't say what kind of student. 100% scammer - and such a piss poor one at that, I didn't bother with 'it'.

You are safe to include the information about the scammer, just use the mask feature on the email address and names of the scammer.

Or you could do as most of us do and change some of the letters to numbers.

a = 4

e = 3

o = 0

i = 1

s = 5

It looks a little confusing at first but you will get the hang of it, of course you need only change a few letters in each word you want to hide.

Please don't take Murry's advice or we'll have a Forum full of hieroglyphics. Smile

It's much easier on the eye and much more easy to read something in plain English that has been masked.
