So, I just got an "security warning" and a request to sign on to my PayPal account....hey wait a minute, I never set up paypal on my Catcher Account Cool

So, do reporting these, and getting them shut down qualify for a flag?
and if so, how do you figure out what country it was in?

That's phishing, and we don't get flags for closing those down, phishing sites never stay online for long, the best thing you can do is to forward the phishing email to [email protected]

I did forward it, and one of the two sites is already off line.
BTW NICE FLAGS. Shocked

If you clicked the link and navigated that site, best to do a full scan with your AV and anti-spyware straight away--as SP noted, sites of these kinds are notorious for being loaded with nasty critters. Best to err on the side of caution.

There are websites out there where you can report these types of phishing scams, by posting the header information and the phishing URL. I prefer http://www.castlecops.com/pirt myself. A couple of other ones are http://www.phishtank.com/ and http://www.phishfighting.com/
