Ah, good question - it's his Project Formulation Report.

He's been working on different parts forever (land search, building plan, project costings, promotions activities, you name it). Don't know how he got the idea I was somehow pulling the whole report together, but am glad he's finally seen the light...

Now we just need to get his complete draft before the Committee to review.

Well, yes - I suppose it is. The instructions are vague and misleading, yet extremely demanding. Very Happy

I've gotten pages and pages of notes and budget estimates already so by the time he puts these in order, adds a cover page, table of contents, list of acronyms, currency equivalents, and so on I might just have something that can be submitted to the Task Group Chairman for an initial review. Of course, he also needs to keep the PR team happy and you should never confuse the PPA they are working on with his own PFR. Wink

Wow! Although I haven't been hearing the line "on or before -insert date-", he has been pestering me to conclude the land deal.

This actually gave rise to our recent spat when I told him I put the architect's work on hold until he comes up with the PFR. Believe it or not, he backed himself into the corner of saying he needs the plans (i.e. the ones I'm "preparing") to lodge the proposal with the local council. Somehow I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon... Wink
