I red-lined the document and password protected it before sending back. It just didn't have the terms or legal zip I needed but mugu incorporated the changes in his re-typed document:

I hope he incorporates these important changes in his template.

Here's another thought for a provision to add into one of these mugu contracts:

"NATIONAL SECURITY LEGISLATION. [MUGU] hereby acknowledges and agrees that any payments, transfers, or fees ("Payments") directed to him/her may be subject to applicable national security legislation in the country of origin, including, inter alia, the USA PATRIOT ACT. Accordingly, [MUGU] agrees to adhere to any and all additional security procedures, including without limitation obtaining any control number from an authorised intermediary agent such as v3rifVs3c.com, that may be required in order to secure disbursement of such Payments in a timely fashion, but in any case no later than seventy-two (72) hours after having been so requested. [MUGU] acknowledges and agrees that the foregoing shall be deemed a material term of this Agreement, and that breach thereof may give rise to a contractual penalty to be determined by [BAITER]."

Then, if they balk at IVT5 or a passphrasephoto, etc., you can just point them to the relevant provision of the contract and demand that they comply with it on pain of whatever you fancy at a given moment!
