My mouse is slowly dying a horrible death and I need a new one. Preferably I'd like to buy the same mouse again. It served me well for five or six years, but I really don't know what mouse it is.
If this model is not made anymore please recommand a new mouse. Must be optical, scroll weel and must have those two buttons for the thumb and pink on the sides of the mouse. I don't like wireless because the batteries always die when I really need the mouse.

I'd say a MS Intellimouse Explorer is probably the one for you. It comes in a few flavours/colours.

I like my Logitech MX-518. Excellent for gaming and boring old surfing, lots of customizable buttons too. |

i tend to lean toawards logitech mouses and wireless keyboards as i don't really have a liking to uncle bill
just go to the logitech site and check out the latest models
try this to check your mouse efficiency, it's in japanese but you will understand the diagnose, just click on the little guy once

I use a Logitech at home because I don't like MS, and an MS at work, because I don't have any say.
I find I prefer the softer action of the MS wheel. |

I'd bet a lot on the odds that your old mouse isn't made any more.
I have a Razer Copperhead. Great for gaming and browsing and you can change the DPS on the fly. Definitely the best mouse I've ever had.

Hmmmm..... I think we need to build this from the ground up!
1: Your mouse pad! - Lets look at something appropriate here is one I know you will love
Next the mouse
With all your baiting you are going to need the all new TEN buttoned mouse. This is the coolest thing for young ninja's like you
Between the mouse pad and this mouse you should be good to go! |

Funny...Windows is made to use entirely without a mouse, and somebody builds a ten button one? |

Of course I'll recommend my rodent: http://www.a4tech.com/en/product2.asp?CID=1&SCID=8&MNO=WOP-49Z
I got it a couple a months ago when I upgraded my computer. Well, the old mice still worked like a charm (another A4Tech model, one of those old ball mice, http://www.a4tech.com/en/product2.asp?CID=1&SCID=9&MNO=SWW-48), even after more than 3 years of abuse and travelling thousands of kilometers around Europe, but I thought "Wot da hell! A new rodent for a new computer!". I keep the old one as a spare.
I have even older mice made by A4Tech and they are great!
Being an owner of Logitech too, they are about the same quality but at lower prices. |
