Crikey Fashmo, bulk emails at that price will make Pyrosoft's 419Scanner obselete. I wonder how much they charge for Lotto Lads?
Interesting, their payment options are Western Union, Moneygram, E Gold and Bank to bank in that order.
Maybe not illegal, but caveat emptor certainly applies.

May be one to pass the way of Castle Cops as that is their specialist area and they would know the ins and outs of the legality of it.

After all spamming is against the law in many US States.

This would show just how badly the scammer/spammers have calculated the effect of pushing the separate groups closer together.

Well just looking at the website a few things come to mind.

Its not a very professional looking, his marketing experience goes back to 2005, his site goes back 16 days. (his own words- and the data provided by SF)

The payment method is suspicious, the contact us has no business address or telephone number.

There client list is of care companies, those who offer personal care to individuals, all the contacts are care companies.

You could email the care company - any of them and ask have you heard of weleaddirect.com and are they a client of them.

Theres no mention of consumer rights, such as the distance selling laws which are as applicable in usa as they are UK.

I cant say its fake, i can say its suspicious badly planned and implemented, and probably uses a bit of advertising that trading standards would object to - such as "well known worldwide" ive never heard of them.

The other thing is its connected to MLM - the pyramid schemes attempt at legality, some MLM's are legal, most however are fraudulent at best.

The site is registered to USA but the payment to london bridge.

It certainly requires a deeper look, i cant honestly say it looks legit, to me it comes across as a "get rich quick"

50 million aol addresses wouldnt actually be that big.

On my tv player program i have 2500 tv channels, that takes up 18kb
standard TXT document.

if each char takes 1 byte and the average email addy is 17 chars long then with @aol.com being 8 we have 23 bytes per addy

Which is 1.071021 terabytes in a text document.

However (BT fit 15.6 million numbers onto a single CD)

But i dont think there is 50 million addys in the download lmao you gonna count em?
