Can someone explain this scam?

I know this has to be some type of scam but I am trying to explain the thing to some non-believers. This message is being left for people that are in need of money:
i am a loan lender i give at loan to people that interested so if you are interested you can contact now on. [email protected] for more information
Another post this person said they have offices in UK and Nigeria. This is being posted on a financial needs site and these people don't see how it could be a scam.
I would appreciate any help here. For the ScamWarners group, this is the latest postings on Robin Hood.

Thanks for the info and the link. I felt this was a scam but the other members don't think anyone would scam them. They are trying to get loans from these guys.
