Let's see if I got this one right...
You sent them an ASEM directing them to pick up a WU transfer at a particular bank. Did you send them the WU scan? Or did you just tell them the details and they doctored a form to try to cash in on it? (and got arrested because the form was obviously fake)
Why didn't they ask for an MTCN number? I didn't even know you could send Western Union transfers to banks.
.......or am I missing something?  |

Then the bank recognizes the WU transfer as a fake somehow (plus the fact that there is no money or account at the bank), and the lad finds himself trouble?
