Yep, classic employment scam....bait on!

You'll be offered a job then......oh wait, there's an admin fee.

...or they will get you to receive fake cheques from pretend customers, siphon off 10% as 'your salary' and money transfer the rest.

I had something similar Tasman, it's still ongoing. It's a cheque scam with a twist. A deposit if you like, to make sure you don't run off with their first cheque and leave them out of pocket.

I got the job. (about 2 emails in).

Then they needed $500 for an application form to process payments.. I said I couldn't afford it.

So then they went completely off script (the English deteriorated awfully badly from here on in) and basically asked for whatever I could afford.

I've got him down to 50 bucks at the moment and the rest is coming out of my first commission. He still won't send cheques just yet though until I've at least stolen 50 bucks from my family or church or whatever.
