Hi,
I have discovered this site yesterday, and have spend hours since reading these amazing stories. I regularly receive 419 scams, and I had read about scamming the scammers, but I would never have imagined this could go this far.
Some of you guys are real artists, and I was letterally rolling on the floor on several occasions.
I have recently received an email from a Finance organisation in Ivory Coast claiming I had won 250 000$, that I could either collect myself in Abidjan, or have collected for me through a vaguely detailed process.
As I have noticed that several of your baits imply this city at some point, would'nt it be a good idea to have one of your lads try and collect this prize for me in Abidjan ?
The mail was sent in French (my native language), but language mixing may make the whole thing al little bit spicier.
What do you think ? |

Oui. But the lad knows it's fake, so he won't try very hard. |

Well, of course I wasn't thinking about trying to have them swallow that so bluntly. I had something more ellaborate in mind, like saying the "lottery company" I'd have someone collect the money for me, but for whatever reason that person MUST NOT KNOW it's a lottery prize, but must think it's the product of some sale of some kind, and therefore have the "lottery company" perform some sort of an act themselves.
And on the other end, the lad collecting the prize could think it's a wire transfer disguized as a sale for legal reasons.
Remember that these people are scammers. Why not try to have them scam each other ? |

Welcome to the Eater.
We don't scam the scammers, we bait them.
As far as your idea goes, lads are basically lazy and do not like to get outside their comfort zone which is basically their local net cafe and Western Union online checking. Good luck to anybody that gets a lad on safari to collect the lottery 'winnings' |
