Check mule deal, sent the 1TV$, he only answered 56 out of 444 questions.
He called WU and they told him it wasn't real. I told him they won't know until the process is done. He calls WU back and gets a semi savvy clerk.
I'm using the millionaire forum for back up.

It kind of treads on the third party issue, however if it's the lads calling WU then it's no fault of a baiter is it?

Sloppy lad, how many offices did he call? Every single one in the UK??????
Did he think that every WU clerk is privy to all of the weapons in the war on terror?

I thought it was rather clear 1tv$ is only used when there is a possibility the recipient is in an environment that supports terrorism, or may have people in it that would support terrorism if they were given the opportunity, or have not reported terrorists to the authorities!

That calls for a slap!

ITV5 is a US Government security device used for money transfers to Countries Suspected of Harbouring Known Terrorists (CSHKT) and as the UK is a signatory to the 2003 PATRIOT Ally Amendent 2003/52.90. He is obliged to pass through this security measure. Of course not all WU clerks are aware of it. It is independent of WU and is automatically activated when a suspect payment happens. (all rubbish, of course, but feel free to copy it) Laughing
