Yes, eater is most definately one of the most newb friendly forums I have ever seen. The mods are nice (well, except for Don, he is a grumpy old man Wink

), the members try to help whereever they can. And in case of doubt KD will use his jackboots on you Wink

The thing about the Eater is unlike alot of forums, we all share the same goals! Ever since I joined, Ive always found that everyone here is happy to help regardless of whether youre a newbie or not.

@Ladron I agree that the respect people show for each other, regardless of post count or tenure, is one of this sites most valuable assets. It also helps the cause by keeping a steady supply of energetic and effective baiters on the front lines.

I hope you'll stick around and pay it forward.

I have seen newer members get trampled, but usually with their own boots.

You haven't really just stuck your hand into a hornet's nest, it's just that the mods have no concept of the rabble here being polite and all that. They'll come around. Or not.
