I would hazard a guess that this is something that was made for the lad in an attempt to get him riled.

If so, I'm not sure why it is in Gen Chat and not Main.

I remember seeing a link in another thread a while back that linked to a website that allowed you to enter info and it gave you a corner of a newspaper like that. I guess it could be useful if you told your lad that one character died and you want to make it an obituary to show them.
