Looks like just another get-rich-quick scheme, except geared at those paranoid theorists who wear tinfoil on their heads and think that 9/11 was an inside job.

Theorists are everywhere, bolstered by the fact that your government (wherever you are) actually IS hiding things from you! OK so what they're hiding is usually a shady cash deal, a sex scandal or just the truth about how your hard-earned tax dollars are spent, but it feeds the theory machine on a regular basis.

If you were a "marketing specialist" with "insider information" on the stock market, it would only be smart to appeal to those people!

The ad was sent out to people who subscribe to International Living postcards, which are aimed at people who live abroad. Most of the ads are along the lines of "learn to make a living as a travel writer".

I think it might be the kind of scam where someone gives investment advice. Most people lose but a few make money. Over time, most lose, but the few who keep earning become loyal followers. They think the scammer is an investment genius, but in fact, he simply knows the law of averages.
