I asked my lad to forward me the address of a property broker in West Africa, he said the following in his reply about the address he gave me:

Good day to you sir! My name is xxxxxxx. A man named gave me your address, told me you were a very good bar! I was asking for a property broker at the time, so I'm not sure why he sent me the e-mail of a bar. Are you selling the bar perhaps? That would make sense.

This is so cool and has endless possibilities. Acquire a bar and then perhaps expand the business into a strip club or casino. It's easy money mate!

Awesome! Are you going to be able to have the lad spend any money on it? Why not have him find a contractor for you and get a quote. You could even have him buy some lumber, and (not) pay him back later... Laughing

That kind of thing might be illegal though.

One guy, I think in RL, is really broke. I don't see him giving me pictures, he probably can't afford it. Instead he found a local property website and sent me a dozen pages of a hotel from it, and then demanded $1,000 payment. Cheeky bugger. I'm gonna try to convince him to send pictures of the place he told me about originally, or just go on him. It's really funny because I'm threatening to use the website he gave me rather than go through him. He really shot himself in the foot with that one.

The other target says he found me the perfect place. His e-mail was basically "Yes, there is a nice place nearby. That will be $1,200 please."

The property broker, after learning that I wouldn't pay $1200 for such a useless consultation sent me three pictures of three different properties, after telling me that there was only one availible.

No important information like price, location, size, number/types of rooms, etc. Also none of them were bars, they were high class homes. I slapped him and sent this to the guy who gave me the address:

My other contact is a bit slow to reply, but other baiters have him filling out dozens of forms for them, which explains it.

be aware that this particular lad is aware of the eater. Probably only via a search engine, I doubt he comes here to read all the threads. But do not post thimgs that could ruin your bait if typed into google by the lad. Use masking Exclamation

Yeah, I've edited a few bits above and will be changing the name of the thread, I wasn't aware that he knew about Eater when we started talking.
