I guess the two are quite inter-connected and therefore it's easy to think that your acceptance is based on postcount when it may actually be based on familiarity. After all how else do we become familiar with someone than through their posts, unless we're doing joint baits with them?

I don't think we have much of a post-whore problem here. Even our most frequent posters, as I said above, make useful contributions with almost every post.
