This is my first (completed) bait, its quite long, over 140 emails, although I only baited him for a few weeks (I have nothing to do but sit online and reply to ladmail atm) Anyway any comments/criticisms/suggestions for improvement would be appreciated,

Brother it is not essential that you scan it and return it to me by
email, as I have mentioned previously you are welcome to fax the

tried to call you several times but the call would not connect, is this
usual in your location? I am afraid I am not permitted by the rules of
our organisation to discuss the initiation procedure with anyone who is
not yet a member, this is due to the fact that we are a secluded
organisation and we must protect its secrets from those who are outside
of it, I'm sure you can understand this brother. You mentioned that you
want more information about the Order? We do not have information
booklets that we send out, however if you require a book I recommend that
you find a copy of the 'Necronomicon' it contains much of the information
you will need, If you need information on the history of the Order itself

the past with Brothers in other nations, in addition if you are
struggling for funds it seems pointless to pay for a flight into the U.S

There is no problem with our fax line, the number,(+1)206-666-4951, is
also correct. I think the problem is that it functions as a dual line and
is able to accept phone calls, we have recieved two messages on our
answer machine just now that sound like someone is trying to fax it, I

I can confirm that I have recieved your completed application form! I am
most impressed, I apologise for not replying to your earlier message but
I was in a meeting with the senior members of the Order. As I mentioned
previously we can now proceed to the final stage of the initiation
process. Once you have undergone the Ceremony of Tepes you will be a
fully fledged member of the Order:

The Ceremony of Tepes should be carried out as follows:

First you must obtain a ceremonial robe or sheet, this should ideally be
white, I have attached a picture of some of our members at a Ceremonial
Gathering (order7.jpg) you will notice that they also have a hood to
cover the face, you will not need such a hood for the initiation ceremony
but you should obtain one for when you are ordained as a priest of the
Order so you can run the ceremonies of your chapter correctly. Do not
worry about the ordination process, you can carry this out as soon as you
finish the ceremony of Tepes and I will explain the details to you when
we get there!

The second step is to draw the ceremonial symbol and create the altar to
Vlad Tepes our most illustrious founder(I have attached the image so you
know what to do ceremonialsymbol.jpg) on the ground, this should be done
using either blood or red paint. I feel I should draw your attention to
the application form at this point, specifically to rule 10 which
expressly forbids the killing of animals in rituals, the use of blood to
paint the symbol is part of the Orders tradition, if you wish to do this
I advise you to go to your local butcher and you should be able to buy
blood from him (the type of animal does not matter). However if this is
not feasible for you then it is perfectly acceptable to the Order for you
to use red paint to create the ceremonial symbol.

To create the altar of Tepes you should print out the image I have
attached to the email (VladTepes.jpg) and stand it at the head of the
ceremonial symbol, on the ground, the ceremonial symbol should be painted
so that it measures approximately 1 metre wide. Once you have painted the
symbol on the ground you should take 5 candles and place them at each
point of the star,

Once you have done this you should kneel on the ground facing the altar
of Tepes, raise your arms to the air and say the following incantation:

Meus Deus, reprobo mihi ut abyssus
Pro ego sum an malum vir quod a columnarius
Ego mos exuro pro infinitio
Pro ego exigo meus animus vobis Diabolus

[This translates roughly as My god, condemn me to hell. For I am an evil man and a thief. I will burn for eternity for I sell my soul to you satan, I�m sure the latin isnt good but as I don�t speak it I had to use a translation page online!]

Once this is done you should take the image of Vlad Tepes and set it
alight until it is turned to ash, then scatter the ashes over the
ceremonial symbol as a sacrifice to him. Now you have completed the
Ceremony of Tepes and you are a full member of the Order.

I mentioned earlier the final step of ordaining you as a priest of the
Order, you can carry out this step immediately after you have completed
the Ceremony of Tepes, all you have to do is to paint the Ceremonial
symbol onto your forehead using red paint (no need for blood here!) Then
you have to make a holy fire in the centre of the Ceremonial Symbol. This
is done by taking a bible and setting it to burn in the centre of the
symbol to create a Holy smoke. Once this has been done you must utter
these words:

Ego operor audite sudo fidelitas ut Societatis Draconistrarum supremus
totus alius,
Ego ostendo sum Ego sum a monachus illae Ordo quod sudo fidelitas ut
Diabolus!

[this says I do hearby swear loyalty to the Order of the Dragon above all else, I declare I am a monk of this Order and swear loyalty to Satan, will he pick up on the true nature of this Order, and more importantly will he care!]

Once this is done you are now a Priest of the Order of the Dragon's
Nigerian Chapter!

There is one final thing I must ask you to do brother, you must provide
photographs of you undergoing the Ceremony of Tepes, and the Rite of
Ordination so that we can confirm you have carried out my instruction
correctly and also that we have a pictorial record of all of our members
on file. This is extremely important, you do not have to take the
pictures yourself, obviously that would be hard to do, it would be best
if you got one of your friends who is also going to join the Order to
take these pictures for you. I am sure you understand the need for this
request brother, I wish you luck in completing these tasks!

I have one final thing to add, just a few questions; The Order has set
aside a fund of $300,000 for the construction of the new Temple of the
Order, should this money be enough to cover the construction costs and
other issues that may arise? Please let us know soon, so that we can
prepare the fund to send to you.

As you previously mentioned you had friends who wished to also join the
Order we must ask you to provide at least two members to join on your
behalf, and we shall pay you an additional $2000 for each extra member
that you can persuade to join us,

I think I have said enough on that issue for now, I will be happy to
discuss it further with you once you have completed the Ceremony and Rite
of Ordination, I apologise for the length of this message but it is
essential that you be given all the details so that we do not have to
repeat any part of this lengthy process!

Do not worry about your financial troubles, we will be sending you your
salary to you in advance once you have completed the ceremony and
Ordination rites.

Regarding your questions about the ceremony:

You should send pictures of the Symbol (painted with blood or paint) and
Altar and of you in your robe WITHOUT the hood kneeling at the Altar. You
should also send a picture of you with the Ceremonial Symbol painted on
your forehead Standing by the altar containing the burning bible.

The location of the temple we leave entirely up to you my brother you do
not need to consult us on its location!

The person who will take the pictures should ideally be willing to
convert to the Order that way we do not have to worry about a breach in
secrecy. For the Ceremonial robe and hood it is not essential that you
sow it yourself, anyone is good as long as it is a plain white robe, with
a detachable hood similar to the ones in the picture I sent to you.

I presume by the masters logo you mean the Image of Vlad Tepes? You
should print this picture out and place this onto the altar as I
described in my previous mail, I hope this has cleared up some of your
questions brother, if there is anything else that is troubling you please
let me know

I thank you for your apology, Im glad you realise there is a time
difference between our two countries! I apologise for not reply to you
sooner but I have been very busy all day today and now is the first
chance I have had to sit down and relax!

I am aware that you are in financial difficulty but the rules of the
Order state we cannot give out funds to those who are not members, and
until you have completed the Ceremony of Tepes and Rite of Ordination and
sent the pictures to me for confirmation there is very little I can do to
help you in this way.

I don't know how you should convince others to join the Order, but in
your earlier emails to me you mentioned that your friends wanted to join,
if this is still the case then you should print out the application form
I sent to you and give it to them to complete and then return the
completed forms to me.

Brother, it pleases me to hear that you wish to learn Magicks that can be
used against your enemies, however until you have been fully initiated
into the Order I am forbidden to reveal these secrets to you, for in the
wrong hands they could be exceedingly dangerous! I am sure you understand
my Brother! Until you are initiated I am afraid you will have to settle
for more traditional methods to destroy your enemies!

Brother, I am outraged to hear that you have suffered theft! As you well
know taking anothers property is considered a high offence to the Order,
I can promise you that once you have completed the initiation we will
help you in every way to track down and destroy this scum who stole from
you!

With regard to this question:

First off I apologise for not getting back to you sooner, but we have
been very busy here at the Order in preparation for our annual festival;
The Rites of Crowley to take place on the 14th of June, I have been away
from our headquarters all day and I shall most certainly be called away
over the next few days aswell, so bearing this in mind I ask you to bear
with me if I do not get to reply to your mails as regularly as I have
been in the past. If you have completed the final Initation processes of
the Ceremony of Vlad and the Rite of Ordination before then I will pass
on the details of how to celebrate this festival to you, if not then I am
afraid you will have to wait until our next festival occurs.

I am sorry you seem to think its getting tougher to join the Order, I
have never said to you that the Initiation process consisted solely of
filling in the application form. However I have some good news for you, I
have been in discussion with several of the brothers and we have agreed
it should be possible to grant you some money before you have finished
the initiation process, please understand that I have placed my
credibility with my fellow brothers on the line by securing this honour
for you, it was only on the condition that you would be fulfilling your
promise made to us to complete the initiation process that I was able to
secure this.

However I still do not have free reign to send you the Orders money, the
brothers have respectfully requested that you write a letter explaining
your need for this money and why it cannot wait until you have completed
the initiation, and what you intend to do with it once you have recieved
it. This letter should be written by hand and returned to me either via
fax on the number I have already provided you with or by scanning it and
sending it via email, please remember to make your writing clear so that
the brothers are able to easily read it.

You asked how many steps you still have to take, the answer is only two,
the Ceremony of Vlad Tepes and the Rite of ordination that I have already
outlined the procedures of to you. How are you coming along with
preparing the initiations? Do you know when you will be ready to
undertake them? Please let me know soon so that the brothers and I can
prepare the mobilisation of the money to be given to you so that it can
be sent as soon as possible after you have completed the initiation and
sent the pictures to us for confirmation.

Brother, I feel compelled to inform you that the Order considers it wrong
to bribe prospective members into joining with luxury gifts, like you
have recommended doing. If people wish to join the Order it must be with
the whole of their heart and not with the lust of the eyes for expensive
gifts and luxuries!

You mentioned that you have friends who are in your words are as
committed to the order as you are! This is good news, how many of your
friends are ready to join? Have you given them the application forms to
complete and return to me? I hope to hear from you soonest

I have recieved your letter, thank you very much for sending it so
promptly, however you have written it to the Order of Vlad Tepes, this is
not the name of our Order, we are the Order of the Dragon! I mentioned
this to the brothers to see if they would accep it anyway but they will
not accept a letter addressed to an Order that does not exist. They
require you to write the letter out again with the correct name of the
Order before they will consider your application.

I have some personal comments to make, you do not have to carry out the
Ceremony of Vlad Tepes or the Rite of Ordination indoors, as you have to
create a fire for part of the process this would not be very wise! You
mention you do not have the equipment for carrying the Image of Vlad, you
do not need any equipment just print out the picture I sent you and use
that.

I am sorry for the delay, please inform me how far you have got with
preparing for the Ceremony of Tepes and the Rite of Ordination

Do you mean the ceremony symbol is the image you cannot find? I have
attached it to this email, I hope this is what you are talking about. You
do not need to print this symbol out, just paint it out onto the ground
using either paint or blood as I have described to you previously, the
symbol you paint should be 1-metre wide.

It seems to me that you have everything you need to complete the Ceremony
of Tepes and the Rite of Ordination, please make sure that you do
EVERYTHING I have described to you in my mail explaining the proceedures
for the initiation rites. If you are unsure about anything ask me and I
can explain to you what to do.

I look forward to recieving your letter tomorrow, I should make you aware
that I have no power over the decisions taken by my brothers, and if they
overrule me in trying to help you then I can do little. However with the
correct letter it should not be a problem for them to grant you the
release of the funds early. I do not know whether we will be able to send
them to you by the 12th however.

You mentioned something about the house again, do you mean the house you
share with your cousin as you explained in the letter? I can tell you
that you do not need to carry out the ceremonies inside the house if it
will be a problem for you. Perhaps your cousin would like to join the
Order? Maybe then you will not have problems with completing the final
initiations.

here at the moment as we are preparing everything for the celebrations to

I understand what you say, but you did not address the other option, that
is performing the rites outside and not in a building, is this possible
for you? I understand that in your role as leader of the temple you will
be required to have your own house in which you can conduct your business
without interference from your cousin. Sending you the money to secure
this will not be a problem.

I have one request to make of you brother, if you can find anyway at all
to complete the Ceremony and Rite of ordination and return the pictures
to me by sunday I would be eternally grateful. You see several of the
senior brothers, myself included wished to annouce the formation of the
Nigerian chapter of the order and your inauguration as its founding
member as the start of the celebrations on the monday, unfortunately the
rules of the Order state we cannot do this until all the paperwork has
been completed, meaning we will require the pictures of the initiation
rites. Would you be able to do this for us brother? I can certainly
guarantee that you will recieve the emergency funds if you are able to do

Yes i said outside, and by outside I mean outside of a building, wherever
you can find an appropriate space to complete the initiations. You did
not say anything about my request for you to try and get me the pictures
for verification before the monday celebrations are to begin, what do you
think about this?

You asked if there is any secrecy in the Order anymore, that is a stupid
question brother, of course the Order is secretive, I did not tell you to
complete the ceremony of Tepes and rite of ordination where anyone can
see you, just find somewhere secluded outside if you can and carry out
the final initiations there. You do not need to carry the items around
with you at all times, that is foolish.

What other Orders have you been involved with? Have you ever been
involved with an Order as illustrious and powerful as this one? It seems
to me you are suggesting we alter our Modus Operandi, that we have been
practicing without problem for many hundreds of years, before you are
even a member yourself. I find this an insult brother and I expect you to
apologise immediately, WHEN you are an ordinated priest of the Order you
may make suggestions on the way it is run, but NEVER before this! This is

The reason we both must fill in this form is due to the nature of our
organisation, any large transactions involving organisations outside of
the US must have a validated security form completed. I am sorry but I
cannot complete the form on your behalf. I have been in discussion with
the brothers over this and I am afraid that it will not be possible to
send the money in the name of your cousin, this is in part due to this
form which I was not aware of until I tried to send the money to you
earlier. The senior council has declared that it will not authorise the

I know there is no specific space for a signature, it is a mistake on the
form that is being corrected, however until the new forms are released
the section that says YOUR NAME: is where you should write your name and
then also your signature. There is no way of getting around completing
these forms, I have called the MoneyGram office and they have a form of
exactly the same type. It is the law, I will not risk exposing the Order
to potential prosecution just to for you to avoid filling in a form. I
assume it is not a problem to send the funds in your name? The Order has

You continue to bring up the conditions of the application form, yet you
are forgetting you have not fully completed your initiation and as such
are not officially a member of the Order, until you have completed the
full initiation process the Order is not bound to assist you in any way
shape or form. It is as you say on the basis of the trust I have placed
in you that you will deliver on your promises to complete the membership
initiation that has enabled me to grant the release of these funds to

petulant child. I have staked a great deal of my reputation within the
order to help you brother, and it has not been well recieved in many of
the other members. I advise you to be more respectful to the one who has
bent the rules in order to grant you the money you requested. If you fail
of your promises to me I will be most dissapointed and you will surely
experience this for yourself!

Who is your contact in New York? The head chapter of the Order (including
myself) is located there, I'm sure I will be able to explain to him that
this securty form does indeed exist. It seems to me you are suggesting
the Order has fabricated this form for you to complete? If this is the
case then I am completely baffled as to why you would think this way, If
we wanted you to fill in a different form it would have been included as
part of the application form. The reason your friend may not have heard
of this form is that it is only given out to certain organisations. As I
am sure you are aware the Order is not a standard religious organisation
and we are often under much scrutiny from prying eyes in Washington and
other places. Since the events of 9/11 forms like this have been cropping
up wherever the Order attempts to conduct itself. They are a constant
nuisance and I do not appreciate having to constantly fill them in.

Brother I am severly dissapointed in your attitude, If you are not
willing to go any further to join this Order that is your loss and you
can consider your application rejected. There are plenty of other willing
volunteers in Nigeria looking to make substantial donations to our cause
but I have so far rejected them all as we have (or thought we did) a
brother willing to establish a temple there already. If you have decided
to end this association let me know immediately so that I can begin the
vetting process for the other potential applicants.

I did not say I want to grant someone else the application, I was
bringing it to your attention that many people from Nigeria have been
contacting me with regards to giving donations to the Order. All I asked
was if you are no longer able to fulfill your commitment to the Order to
inform me. As you are still willing to complete the process I have
rejected these candidates, but I will redirect them to you once you have
set up the new chapter there.

In order to collect the money you must return the completed Western
Union security form so that I can validate the transaction and have the
money sent to you immediately. Whether I have been short of money is
irrelevant brother as it does not have any bearing on the rules of the
Order with respect to granting its members money. If you need more then
you will have to write another letter asking for the extra you need,
however I do not know if the brothers will be so accommodating a second
time, can you not just make use of the $2500 you have already been
granted? It would make the process much more rapid. The rules of the
Order are strict with regard to money brother, only the person who has
been granted the funds can be the one to recieve them, I hope this is
acceptable to you,

I don't understand what is going on either. The reason you were unable
to track the money online is not because we do not trust you, I have
already mentioned that this administration does not regard the Order
fondly and we have evidence of them spying on our transactions in the
past. I explained to you already the reason we are unable to provide a
direct transfer into your account. I am not accusing your cousin of
taking the money for himself, but I assure you that the money was sent
and I have spoken to our agent here and he has assured me the money has
been collected, perhaps a corrupt WU official there has taken the money
for him/herself. I am going to the WU office here to see if the money
can be recovered, I will let you know what is happening as soon as I
learn anything of interest,

I have waitied to hear from you again to confirm the truth,pls lets get this straight,if youreally sent the money and you have recovered it,pls i would like the money,to be sent into my account,its my secret account,and right now its empty,that will be the best idea,since we can't track the money,i also believe it will still be a secret,not tracking the money might give one the room to hijack it and deny,pls i won't sincerity,lets just get everyone oyt of it now.i must be honest with you,i am not happy the way things are going on.

I apologise for not getting back to you sooner, but I was attending the
final part of the celebrations that have now finished. I did not say I
have recovered the money, I am in the process of finding out if this
will be possible. I will see what I can do about having replacement
money sent to your account, but I am not hopeful, the senior council is
livid with this turn of events, I shall get back to you as soon as I
find out anything more

it was collected and did not go missing. I have been ordered by the

the money was sent. The Order has not dissapeared it is still here and

Firstly I must thank you for telling me about Mrs Abacha, I did some
research to find out if she is telling the truth and I found she is one
of many 419 fraudsters using her name. While I was doing this I noticed
something very disturbing to me, your name also came up as a 419
scammer. I insist you tell me what is going on immediately, I could not
believe it I can but hope that you will tell me this is not true, but if
it is then the armoured fist of our dark lord will crush you whereever
you may run!

I never said you said anything bad about Mrs Abacha, but you said to
make sure she is who she said she was so I did some research and found
out about 419 scams. I looked over the examples and your letter of
proposition to me was there on the site, how do you explain this? Reply

Thats it, I dont think his letter is at 419legal.org, but I doubt he'll spend his time trawling through the archive they have there.

I havent heard back from him yet so I presume its over, although if he does reply I'll be sure to post it up here!
