There isn't any way to stop/slowdown these types of scams is there Sad. It sucks, because there is going to be some people that don't read the section I bolded below and will actually fall for this scam.

It's a spoof email, which isn't baitable.

You can forward that to Bank of America's security folks and they'll take care of it.
