temp mail script

Does anyone know of a temp mail script (free) that I could use on my site? I have one from Gentlesource but it doesn't seem to work. Any recommendations?

Couple of questions.

cgi? js? asp? php?

Whats it for? Forms?

normally a host supplies at least a cgi form mail script.
