Well, it seems reasonable . . . why not! I hope it happened merely for the fact it proves he was/is scared shitless.

This will make Fourth Anniversary Safari so much more easier. Obviously this genius will try to scam again--yes, I know . . . shocked you are--and when he comes under the "radar" of a baiter, all of this can be used against him.

I also inferred that Eddie was hustled out of the country rather than sent under protective escort. This is sweet -- he's been mercilessly burned but he doesn't even realize it. He's begging for more. I'm afraid you have no choice, you must dole out more pain.

It's a downhill ride for us, from here on in. Having been through so much, he isn't about to give up on his prize, and we own him completely.
We sit back and think up evil things for him to do, and he does them. It might take a while, but he'll do them. Couldn't be better, and it makes all those long, boring months of winning his trust worthwhile. Twisted Evil

Yeh, I want to think he was escorted to the airport to make sure he left Singapore too, but somehow I get the other picture, with him blabbering about assassins and stuff. I guess from the police point of view though, they were dealing with a paranoid schizophrenic or something. As usual, it's all good.

Either way, as you know, it is what he thinks that matters. If this is all an act on his part . . . he would not have been in Singapore in the first place.

Unfortunately, "we" who followed this eagerly will have to wait while you guys set the next couple of traps. However, I think so long as he feels he has a chance of making a score, he will pursue it.

Before you answered the question of his Igbo descent, I was looking in the archives for clues, and I found this little essay he wrote on one of his many form-filling exercises a couple years ago. This was part of his application for employment as meat pie salesman for , West Africa, company slogan "Beat my meat, and I'll give you 50 dollars!"

Just to deal with any ethical questions that may come up about his applying for a job: My main Character had an idea how to get the 10,000 dollars Ed was demanding for the 'transaction'. He would give Ed employment, and send him the money as his 'salary'. That would avoid raised eyebrows at the bank.
Of course, he had to go the normal route into employment at the company, or the administrative staff would ask questions.

So he wasn't applying for honest employment at all, and he knew it.

It is a shame that he fled from Singapore so quickly. Otherwise the 7D could have called him on his way to the airport and announced that they put drugs into his luggage and clothes/shoes as a final present. Good luck with the detectors, mugu.

We could even find another lad to somehow spread the news of 3d with a hermaphrodite later - by posting it on bulletins and stuff (maybe get someone to join TWAT and say that we need to let this sinner be known - or something??)

That's the only way I could even consider publishing my side of this bait. As I said before, the actual mails, with the exception of only a few, don't make the most entertaining reading. There have been so many hundreds of trivial emails back and forth that it would probably need a whole dedicated site just to post them. A potted version would be best, illiustrated, like you said.

@mami - - the hermaphrodite thing wouldn't be used until "down the road" Like at the very end or something....
