Africamail.com is just a free email domain from www.mail.com and the www.africamail.com website is their advertising links portal, see mail.com's domains here:

Commonly called a placeholder page. Links are normally based on keyword association.

Africamail is probably for those wanting a 'regional themed' email address.

Domain whois is timing out for me but africamail.com appears to have a Creation Date: 07-aug-1996 and Expiration Date: 06-aug-2007

This one appears to have been used for some email scams - Google search

If you have email from the domain, you can probably only get the email account closed. Probably best to just bait them or post in the SURPLUS 419 SCAM LETTERS forum at http://forum.419eater.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=18
