It's rumored to be a site in the Philippines. Can someone verify if this is so?

Both domains are recently registered, they are hyip/ponzi sites, they are mentioned on this Philippino site and other on Google if you do a search, as these are not fake banks, I will move this to miscellaneous scams:

Because both sites are HYIPs/Ponzis their claim to have suffered from DDOS attack is of course total rubbish. It's a tactic well liked by HYIP scammers before they run away with the money...
